Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Media Buying Made Easy (“ToMarket”) uses cookies and similar technologies on tomarket.io and in the app.

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (like staying signed in) and help us understand how the site is used.

• Essential- required for the site and app to work, such as keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure. These can’t be turned off.
• Analytics - help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. On the landing website, Google Analytics measures visits and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. These optional tools load only after you accept.
• Marketing and attribution - Meta Pixel measures marketing activity. Customer.io records browsing and signup intent and can associate that activity with your account when you sign in. First-touch and latest-touch cookies keep acquisition and later campaigns separate. On the landing website, this tracking requires your acceptance.

Choose Accept optional or Reject optional in the cookie banner. Before acceptance, the landing website does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Clarity, or Customer.io tracking, or store campaign attribution cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or following signup links.

The tm_cookie_consent_v1 cookie remembers your choice for one year. You can reopen Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page at any time. Withdrawing acceptance reloads the page to stop the loaded tracking tools and removes known first-party analytics and attribution cookies. It does not delete information already collected.

These controls apply to this landing website. The signed-in app is a separate surface; this banner does not currently control app-side activity tracking. Browser settings also let you control or delete cookies, including cookies belonging to other domains.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
